Todd Brock is Founder & Principal of Brock Capital Group and brings decades of experience building, operating, and investing in businesses. His introduction to business and entrepreneurship began when he took over his family company in 1986 and served as its Chief Operating Officer during a twenty-year period of tremendous growth. Under his and his brother's guidance, the business became a leading industrial maintenance service provider in the country and in 2006 was sold to a private equity investor, after which Todd served as Chairman of the Board from 2006 to 2014. By the end of his tenure as Chairman, the business had grown to over $1.5 billion in revenue and approximately 18,000 employees.

Todd is an original seed investor and former Senior Partner of Brightstar Capital Partners, a private equity firm which focuses on investing in closely held, middle-market companies and which has grown to over $5 billion of assets under management. He is also the Chairman of Partner Industrial, LLC, an industrial services company that he founded in 2016, and which has grown to over 3,500 employees under his leadership. Todd has served on numerous other boards throughout his career, including PSC, LLC, a leading provider of industrial cleaning and hazardous waste management services, Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON), an environmental remediation and geotechnical construction contractor, Sunny Sky Products, a dispensed beverage company, and Texas Water Supply Co., an owner and operator of water wells in Central Texas.

Todd is an active philanthropist through the Todd Brock Family Foundation and focuses his giving and service toward Christian causes, concentrating on domestic ministries in addition to laborers in Dubai and orphans in Zambia. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an active supporter of the Business Honors Program at Mays School of Business.

Paul van Walleghem serves as President of Brock Capital Group where he leads the sourcing, execution, and portfolio management activities across the firm's investments. He brings more than 30 years of experience with a unique blend of private equity investing, M&A advisory, and hands-on operational and executive leadership. Over his career, he has led and advised transactions across a range of industries, while also serving as CFO within multiple middle-market companies.

Prior to joining Brock Capital Group, Paul was Co-Founder and CFO of Partner Industrial, LLC, a provider of specialty maintenance services to the petrochemical, energy, and industrial markets. His responsibilities included overseeing all financial, accounting, human resources, risk management, asset management, information technology, and M&A efforts of the company. During his tenure, the company grew to over 3,500 employees and in 2024 was sold to LKCM Headwater Investments, a private equity firm associated with Luther King Capital. Prior to Partner Industrial, Paul served as CFO of Evergreen Industrial Services, a leading provider of industrial cleaning services to the petrochemical, energy, and industrial markets. During his tenure, he led the successful implementation of new systems and processes which strengthened the foundation and administration of the business and helped facilitate the eventual sale of the company to The Sterling Group, a Houston based private equity firm. Prior to Evergreen, Paul was with a large maintenance services provider where he served in various senior level capacities. As Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives he was instrumental in executing the company's acquisition growth strategy which grew the overall business fourfold to over $1.5 billion dollars in annual revenue. He later served as Senior Vice President and was responsible for the company's operations and expansion across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Paul started his career in investment banking where he specialized in middle market mergers and acquisitions advisory, most recently with Harris Williams & Co. He holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Bennett Inoff serves as Vice President of Brock Capital Group and supports sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management activities across the firm's investments.

Prior to joining Brock Capital Group, Bennett worked as an Associate at The Sterling Group, where he focused on private equity investments in middle market industrials, business services, and manufacturing companies. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Barclays' energy group.

Bennett holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was also a member of the baseball and track & field teams and served as President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
