Our Story
Founded in 2009, Brock Capital Group ("BCG") is a single-family office based in Houston, Texas. Our primary focus is investing in lower-middle market businesses where we believe we can add meaningful value through capital, operating experience, and strategic support.
We are different from many traditional private equity firms and family offices in that our team has extensive operating experience, having started, operated, grown, and sold successful companies representing thousands of employees. We partner with entrepreneurs and management teams to help them build great businesses. In addition to capital and operational support, we have a proven ability to enhance value through our extensive relationship network. We invest in a broad range of industries and look for opportunities to invest from $1MM to $100MM of equity per transaction.
